Privacy responsibilities and compliance with laws and regulations regarding our business are extremely important to us. The following statement aims to explain to our users the reasons for processing their data, how we collect, process, and ensure its protection. What personal information do we collect and why do we do it?
The Service performs functions of obtaining information about users. We collect personal data, such as: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, and user location (if consented to in the browser).
Information about users and their behaviors is collected in the following ways:
- through information voluntarily entered by the user in forms,
- by saving cookies (so-called “cookies”) in the end devices,
- by collecting web server logs by the hosting operator.
What does collecting information through the information form entail?
Our Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user. It may also save other information, but only that concerning connection parameters, i.e., e.g., time stamp and IP address. The data in the form is not shared with third parties unless the user agrees to it or it is required to complete a purchase (e.g., transferring data to a payment operator). Information provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the content of a specific request, i.e., e.g., to handle a ticket purchase, handle a complaint request, or for commercial contact.
What does collecting information about cookies entail?
Our Service uses cookies. So-called “cookies” are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end devices of users. They are intended for using websites. These files, as a rule, contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storing them on the device, and their unique number. The entity that places cookies on the end device of the Service User and obtains access to them is the Service Operator.

What does collecting information through server logs entail?
Information about some user behaviors is subject to logging at the server layer. This data is used exclusively to administer the service and to ensure the efficient operation of the provided hosting services. Browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be saved:
- time of arrival of the query,
- time of sending the response,
- client station name – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
- URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the transition to the Service occurred through a link,
- information about the user’s browser and IP address.
However, this data is not associated with specific people browsing the pages and is used only to administer the server.
What is the purpose of collecting this data by us?
We use your data exclusively for specific, legitimate purposes:
- they are necessary for us to carry out ticket sales, deliver electronic tickets to the provided e-mail address, and handle potential complaints,
- for statistical analyses that help us improve our website and adapt our offer to the needs of visitors.
We absolutely do not use the collected data for spamming or unauthorized sharing with third parties.
Who has access to the user’s information?
Access to user data and the right to use it in accordance with this statement is granted exclusively to the Service Operator. This data is transferred to external entities (such as the hosting provider, mailing system, or tpay payment operator) only for the purpose and to the extent necessary to carry out the ticket purchase transaction and the proper functioning of the service. Additionally, the Service Operator may have a legal obligation to provide information collected by the Service to authorized state authorities based on lawful requests.

Access to data, its control, and protection by the user
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every user has the full right to control their personal data processed by the Service Operator. In particular, the user has the right to:
- gain access to their data and receive a copy thereof,
- rectify (correct) their personal data,
- request the deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”) or the restriction of its processing,
- object to data processing,
- transfer data to another administrator.
