How long does the tour take and when is the best time to arrive?
The standard visiting time is approximately 60 minutes. We recommend arriving around 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. The last entry to the Royal Arena is possible no later than one hour before closing time.
Can I buy a ticket on-site at the box office?
Yes, tickets are available at our physical ticket offices, but we highly encourage purchasing them online. By buying your ticket online, you are guaranteed entry at your selected time and you avoid lines.
Can I take photos and film videos inside the attraction?
