RULES AND REGULATIONS OF ROYAL ARENA KRAKÓW

§ 1 General Provisions and Introduction

  1. All persons entering the Royal Arena Kraków attraction, located at 34 Floriańska Street in Kraków, in order to use its attractions, are obliged to familiarize themselves with these regulations and strictly comply with their provisions.
  2. The right to enter Royal Arena Kraków is contingent upon holding a valid admission ticket. Ticket types are available on the official website. Ticket prices are determined by the price list available on the website and at the facility’s stationary ticket offices.
  3. An admission ticket entitles its holder to use all available exhibitions and attractions throughout their entire stay at the facility on the day indicated on the ticket, but no earlier than the time established during the ticket purchase process.
  4. An admission ticket entitles to a single entry to the facility. Leaving the Royal Arena Kraków premises is considered the end of using the attraction. Re-entry to the facility is possible only after purchasing a new ticket (a departure from this rule may occur exclusively with the prior consent of the staff and under conditions set by this staff).
  5. After entering the exhibition area and beginning the tour, the ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  6. A child under 13 years of age present at Royal Arena Kraków should be under the continuous care of an adult (parent or guardian), who undertakes to supervise this child and bears full responsibility for them.

§ 2 Rules of Conduct on the Premises of the Attraction

  1. On the premises of Royal Arena Kraków, it is strictly forbidden to:
    • Smoke tobacco and use electronic cigarettes and novel tobacco products;
    • Consume alcohol, bring in and use drugs or other narcotics and similarly acting substances;
    • Bring in or possess weapons, pyrotechnic, flammable, explosive materials, or other dangerous items;
    • Litter and pollute the premises of the facility;
    • Destroy, move, or devastate elements of the scenography and exhibits belonging to Royal Arena Kraków;
    • Enter technical and staff rooms not intended for visitors;
    • Bring in large animals, with the exception of small dogs (carried in arms or in special carriers) and assistance dogs for people with disabilities;
    • Engage in any behavior that may hinder or prevent other persons from using the attractions, including discriminatory or aggressive behavior, as well as the use of vulgar and commonly considered offensive words;
    • Use roller skates, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, and other personal transport equipment on the premises of the facility.
  2. The following persons will not be admitted to Royal Arena Kraków:
    • Intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or other similarly acting narcotics;
    • Behaving aggressively or otherwise posing a direct threat to other persons or property;
    • Possessing dangerous items referred to in paragraph 1.
  3. A Royal Arena Kraków staff member has the right to demand that a person violating the rules set out in this section immediately leave the premises of the facility. In such a case, the expelled person is not entitled to a refund of the purchased ticket price.

§ 3 Tour Time and Organization

  1. The standard time for sightseeing and using the attractions has been set at 60 minutes, after which the staff has the right to ask visitors to leave the facility in order to ensure the comfort of the next entering persons.
  2. The attraction is open until the designated closing time. Due to the minimum time required for a full tour (approx. 60 minutes), the last ticket can be purchased and entry to the facility can be made no later than one hour before the end of the attraction’s operating hours. Otherwise, the staff has the right to refuse entry.
  3. A 24-hour closed-circuit television (CCTV) system is installed and operates on the premises of Royal Arena Kraków, which serves to ensure the safety of visitors and protect property against damage.

§ 4 Liability for Damages and Left Items

  1. A person present on the premises of Royal Arena Kraków bears full liability for damages for any harm, damage to props, or destruction of scenography elements caused by their fault or the fault of a person (including a child) under their legal or actual care.
  2. The Organizer does not bear material liability for items lost, stolen, or left by visitors on the premises of the facility. This applies in particular to the cloakroom area and places designated for leaving items.
  3. Royal Arena Kraków provides visitors with free, unguarded places (hangers/shelves) where outerwear and footwear can be left at their own risk.

§ 5 Photography, Filming, and Commercial Sessions

  1. Persons visiting Royal Arena Kraków may, without additional fees, take photos and shoot videos for their own private use (e.g., as a souvenir from the tour, private social media profiles) with unique scenographies, props, and installations.
  2. Product, commercial, wedding, fashion sessions, or other activities bearing the hallmarks of product placement, advertising, or profit-making activity are payable and require the Organizer’s prior, separate consent.

§ 6 Detailed Rules for Using Exhibits (Knight Zone and Scenography)

  1. Separate, detailed rules for using specific stations or exhibits may apply on the premises of Royal Arena Kraków. In such a case, information on how to use them and restrictions can be found on dedicated information boards at a given station.
  2. Knight armors and historical mock-ups – for safety reasons and due to the risk of damaging or knocking over heavy structural elements, it is strictly forbidden to sit on the exhibits, climb the armor stands, lean against them, and attempt to independently put on elements of fixed armor without the assistance of staff.
  3. Swords and battle props – designated props (e.g., shields, helmets, mock swords) made available directly for photographic purposes may be touched and lifted exclusively in a manner safe for the visitors themselves and third parties. It is forbidden to perform mock fights with them or swing them near other people.
  4. Royal Arena Kraków reserves the right to change interior arrangements, props, and individual exhibition scenes without prior notice to the public.

§ 7 Final Provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.

The Regulations in this wording come into force and apply from July 15, 2026.
